About John Kenney
My background is varied and, sadly, increasingly long. Mostly, I’ve worked as a consultant – both for very large firms and for smaller companies. Since the mid-1990′s, I have worked almost exclusively on web-related projects and businesses.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a strategy consultant for name-brand consulting firms, like Accenture. These days, I work as freelance consultant and an online media entrepreneur.
As an entrepreneur, I am building out a network of niche content sites related to international calling. The sites are search-driven and generate revenues through affiliate and search advertising. To learn more about that, visit the mothership at CallingGuides.com.
As a freelance consultant, I help different of companies establish or improve their web presence. In recent months, I worked with a noted analyst to launch a blog focused on the online video space and I developed a comprehensive web strategy for an early stage medical devices company.
