		<description>B E W A R E !!!! - FRAUD SCAM POSSIBLE TROJAN HORSE --I have Norton 360 but one day my computer did not start. I looked up Norton and called the # given. The person who aswered the phone made me think I was talking to Norton tech support.  He got access to my computer, and had me agree to various pop ups (&quot;Just hit accept&quot; thus I was unable to read what the info I was accepting to. All the while I was told I was talking to Norton. Finally, I became wise.  I pointedly asked him directly if he was Norton. He said yes and used my computer to go to the internet and bring up the search enging that showed &quot;Norton Securities-iYogi&quot;. Based on the odd way the technician was acting, things he said, and then the website, I immediately pulled the internet connection and disconnected all discussion.  I called Norton and they said they are not and have never been connected with iYogi.  BEWARE, iYOGI WILL ATTEMPT TO MISLEAD YOU THAT YOU ARE TALKING TO NORTON SECURITYIES...YOU ARE NOT. YOU ARE TALKING TO ANOTHER COMPANY.  WHAT IS WORRISOME IS THIS JERK GOT REMOTE ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER. WHO KNOWS WHAT THIS OFFSHORE INTERNET COMPANY DID TO MY COMPUTER OR MY FILES. 		<description>My mom thought she was calling Sony customer service for questions about her laptop. Gave info and thought she was being helped but it actually turned-out to be iyogi. At the end of the conversation they tried to charge her 399.99 and when she refused to pay they locked up everything on her account. She had to call her internet provider to use the internet again. But there is still a pending amount for 399.99 on her account. WE HAVE ATTORNEY LOOKING INTO THIS MATTER. By the way who in the hek is iyogi?????</description>

		<description>It sounds like a broken record but I to understand there problems with Iyogi and refunds. I purchased thinking I needed iyogi to make the fix on my computer to later find out that was not the case so asked for a refund. I have gone through a series of people to witch have not been able to help me . I am still trying to get my refund, but only a headache so far. I will try a little more then turn the problem over to the proper authorities.</description>

They say i’ll call u back in 24 hours 4 time and they dont. Don&#039;t use them. They didnt fix my computer and I paid for there servcies and with no resolve.
